Located on Pacific Coast Highway near Palos Verdes, El Segundo, San Pedro and Long Beach, Silverado Rolling Hills is more than just assisted living. It is a specialized memory care community dedicated to enriching life for the memory impaired.

Mornings in the garden, a shared meal, a familiar activity. Days here are built around what residents love to do.

Memory loss shows up differently in every person. Our care plans start with who your loved one is (their history, routines and joys) and build the clinical support around that, not the other way around.

Specialized care for Alzheimer's and other forms of dementia, in a community purpose-built for memory loss. Secure, calm and designed so residents can move freely and stay engaged.
A whole-person approach drawn from decades of memory-care experience: help with the everyday, familiar routines, trained caregivers and a calm environment that lowers anxiety and keeps residents engaged in the days ahead.
Short-term stays that give family caregivers a break, or a gentle way to experience the community before a longer-term decision. Full access to care, programming and meals.
Every Silverado community runs the same specialized care model, built for memory loss and nothing else. This is what that means day to day.

Silverado is a certified Great Place to Work. Caregivers who love where they work stay longer — and residents feel the difference every day.
Silverado was founded in 1996 to do memory care differently. That focus, and the experience behind it, has guided every community we've opened since.
If you are nearby but unsure which community fits, we will point you in the right direction.

Silverado Rolling Hills has been a godsend for our family. They’ve taken fantastic care of our loved one. The staff are great. They know every resident inside and out. The food is incredible and they encourage families to come and dine with their LO. We also really love the fact that every single staff member is trained in dementia care.

Before coming to Silverado, my husband had various awful experiences: a traditional hospital where he was restrained (literally tied to the bed); a ghastly dark crowded poorly staffed skilled nursing facility; a wholly inappropriate board and care home. Silverado is dedicated to dementia patients. This is obviously their specialty. They know what they are doing. I am confident that my husband is safe. I wish he could participate in more of the activities but this is a function of the state of his disease and not the staff. I have already recommended SV to family and friends.
